Hacker shuts down my comp + has my MSN pw's through "Messenger Plus - Nudge Tool Script" virus!?!?! HELP!!?

sad to hear this has happened to you. contact msn tech help, tell them what happened. they will give you another email and another pword. all the information you have on this msn account will be lost. you will have to start over from scratch. if by some chance you have this persons email address than yes you can and should report it to msn. if you can prove this person hacked into your computer and caused you damage, yes you can seek legal advise and prosecution toward this person. never open up email that you may think is ok, this is when you will be open for further problems.
