Should I get Certificate of Good Standing for NJ or Nevada for LLC company?

I want my information to be private so I did an LLC form in Nevada, but I live in NJ and will conduct business in NJ. I was told to fill out a Foreign Entity LLC and Certification of Good Standing. just want to make sure, do I get a certificate of good standing for NJ or for Nevada for this LLC company? So fill out form for NJ Good Standing Certificate of Nevada Good Standing Certificate?
