My dog won't stop choking/coughing/gagging?

Ask a friend to come get you and take your dog to the vet. If you think she is even possibly poisoned take her now. You need to figure it out. If you take a cab then put a harness on her. She won't be able to bite. But it sounds like you have waited long enough.
