I have a lot of gas in my stomach always for like 5 months now, and farting isn't helping whats the problem?

the problem is what you are eating. You need to find out what you are consuming that is causing it. You do that by eliminating a food group for a month. Like, no veggies for one month, no meat for one month, no dairy for one month, no fruit for one month. It then becomes pretty apparent when you start back with a certain food group which one causes the gas. The you narrow it down even more, by cutting out each item from a food group that you regularly eat for a month, and then starting back. Then you find out exactly which item you are consuming is causing all the intestinal gas.
