1998 plymouth neon Engine ING Feed Fuse Keeps Blowing?

how can i see what it is it only does it if i give it alot of gas could it be a bad fuel pump or sending unit how can i test this to see if the sending unit or pump is bad i dont have a tester or anything i need this problem fixed asap for work please help thanks so much could it be the fuel relay what all can cause the Engine IGN Feed Fuse to blow any help would be great thanks
