Can u cook chicken if it has been thawed then refrozen?

ehhh, I would be really careful, clean it reeeeeeeallllly good, and cook the hell out of it, but there's a risk. Because you know there is always danger with chicken, the bacteria probably grew when it thawed, and freezing only dramatically slows the growth of bacteria, freezing doesn't really kill all bacteria.
