Does my ex still like me?

Me and my ex named brad broke up some months ago, but he never really told me the truth about it. so last year i spent my time trying to get him back, but it never worked. He would say that he didnt like me but he would always stare at me. And just the other day when me and my bf broke up, i was talking about it to my friend jasmine and his friend justin sits behind me in homeroom, so later that day during lunch i went outside and brad and justin were outside talking to my friend ally, so i came up and brad asked justin could they leave, and justin was like just talk 2 her. Say hi to her, but they walked off so me and my friend amanda walked to the library, but then we turned around to look for my other friend, and then justin called me over and asked me to say hi to brad so i did and justin was like ur not going to say nething else to him and i was like what do u want me to say. so later i asked justin y he was trying to get me and brad to talk and he said "i just wanted yall to talk" and it was weird. and now all of brad's friends who usually dont talk 2 me are saying hay 2 me...and brad is not usually jealous, but when me and my ex were talking yesterday, brad saw me and was looking, so i turned my back to him and when i turned around, he was talking to all these other girls. so today, i was at breakfast and he kept looking up at me...i even saw him one day looking at me out the corner of his eye....my problem is that im not sure if he likes me because he said he didnt and we barely talk and when i tried to get him back last year he rejected me. what do you think it means and what should i do?
