I need help remembering an old Toonami Show?

There was a show that came on toonami and I can't remember the name. The show was about these people on earth that had to fight these super-evolved insect creatures. They fought in these blue robot suits against them. Most of the show they were in forests, It was kinda like an anime starship troopers only a lot less action. I think the show finished, but I cant find anything close on the net and I really can't remember the name or what year it aired, but it came on at night. It might've been on midnight run...
