Is there a place for wedding receptions for under $20 a plate in the metro/Detroit/Ann Arbor area?

I'm getting married in a year and I'm on a tighterish budget. I'm inviting 300 people to wedding reception and am looking for a banquet hall. Not going to have dj's or a bar. Is there any place around the metro-detroit/ann arbor area that charges $20 a plate or less?
