Miguel Torres, Is Frank Mir right in calling him the best pound for pound fighter in the world today?

Miguel Torres, 35 fights 2 losses....over half his wins are by submission and most of his fights end in first round tap outs or K.O's. Countless opponents have had their faces beat. Torres has superb stand up with both orthodox Muay Thai style MMA and some out of the blue Jeet Kune Do style moves fighters seldom see coming. It's also common to see fighters avoid the ground like shark infested water with to avoid grappling the Jiu Jitsu Black belt Torres more often than not, letting him stand back up after backing away from him..... Not to mention he is been a WEC champion for so long, that all he fights is No.1 contenders... no bum fights here. They had to start brining the freaking Japanese over to America for the soul purpose of challinging Torres! ...so why don't more people see him as the best p4p fighter?
