Selling your soul to the Devil...how does that work?

About 25 years ago, some said that Bon Jovi (jokingly) stated that he sold his soul to the Devil and he is going to rock n roll until he dies. Is that just a saying or is there really something to this concept of selling your soul to the Devil? Could it be that you have purposed in your mind that you are not going to ever serve or believe in God and Jesus Christ? Can our lifestyles in this world become so glamerous that we would never risk losing our riches in order to become a Christian? Think about Movie/ TV stars, Music stars, Sports stars and the extremely rick. Jesus said it was easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Is there some truth in that?
