08 MONTHS OLD NOT EATING ENOUGH?

Hi I have a 08 month old baby girl her weight is 7.5 kgs her birth weight was 3.250 kgs she doesnt eat formula much and i have difficulties in feeding her solids too at 4.00 morining I give her 04 oz of formula by 8 3 tbs of cereal and at 12.00 1/2 cup of veggies at 3.00 4 oz of formula and for dinner 1 tbs of rice mixed with veggies and once again at 11 05 oz of milk My baby is very skinny pls. help me wahat should I do to make my baby gain weight
